Exchanges and returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Did you accidentally buy the wrong license, or decide not to use it after all? No problem, we make the return process easy.
Return Policy
- Unopened license code: You can return a license within 14 days of purchase, as long as the license code hasn't been opened yet. Once a license code has been opened, we can no longer check whether it has been used later – and returns or exchanges are no longer possible.
- Right of withdrawal: You have one month to activate the license. After that, the right of withdrawal expires, and the license can no longer be returned.
How to return your license
- Send an email: Email to info@directlicentie.nl with your name, order number and reason for return.
- Check by our team: We are checking whether the license has not yet been opened.
- Refund: If the license has indeed not been opened, you will receive a full refund within two business days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Activation period: You have one month to activate the license. After this period, the right of withdrawal expires.
- Please note: PC crashes, formatting, or uninstalling the software can result in the loss of your license. In that case, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement unless a license guarantee was purchased at the time of purchase.
Exchange license code
Did you accidentally buy the wrong license? No problem! If the license code hasn't been unlocked yet, we can exchange it for the correct license you need. Please email us as soon as possible at info@directlicentie.nl.
