We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and a smooth experience when using our license codes. You can return an unused license code within 14 days. See the terms and conditions and procedure below.
When can you expect a refund?
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Defective or Unusable License Code : If the supplied license code does not work or is damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect delivery : If the received license code does not match the product you ordered from our webshop.
- Right of withdrawal : You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory period of 14 days, provided that the license code has not been opened.
Refund process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send us an email : Contact us within the specified timeframe at info@directlicentie.nl . Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the refund.
- License Code Inspection : We are checking that the code has not been opened.
- Refund Approval : Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Method of refund
- Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If this is not possible, we will contact you for an alternative payment method.
Repayment period
After confirming your return request, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. This applies to both defective or incorrect license keys and cancellation requests within the statutory period.
