Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions about our products? Check out the frequently asked questions below.
Are your licenses original and reliable?
At Directlicentie.nl, you can confidently purchase pre-owned software licenses. We adhere to the rules of the European Court of Justice, as laid down in the ECLI:EU:C:2012:407 ruling. This ruling stipulates that licenses may be legally resold indefinitely, provided specific conditions are met.
We only offer European licenses that were originally purchased for an indefinite period and at an economic price. We also ensure that these licenses are no longer used by the original user. This ensures you have a license you can use indefinitely.
How quickly will I receive my license key?
After completing payment, you'll receive your license key directly in your inbox, usually within minutes. This allows you to get started without delay!
What should I do if I need help with installation?
Our customer service team is ready to help you with installation or activation. Feel free to contact us by email for personalized support.
What happens if my license key doesn't work?
In the rare event that your license key doesn't work, we offer support to resolve the issue immediately or issue a new key. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
Why are your licenses cheaper than elsewhere?
Because we buy directly and pass on bulk discounts to our customers, we can offer original licenses at competitive prices without compromising quality.
Are there any additional costs or hidden conditions?
No, we don't have any hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay, including support and installation assistance if needed.
