Where can I download the software?
You can download the software via this link . Select the product you purchased and follow the step-by-step instructions for installation.
What should I do if Office indicates that the maximum number of activations has been reached?
Select phone activation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation. Our instructions page provides step-by-step instructions for the process.
What should I do if I accidentally bought the wrong Office?
Send us an email at info@directlicentie.nl and we'll find a suitable solution. If the license hasn't been used yet, we can exchange it for the correct version.
Is Office available in all languages?
Yes, the standard languages are Dutch, German, French and Polish.
I can't get through the 3-digit code validation during phone activation. What should I do?
Make sure you have the robot say the full 3-digit code. Then enter the digits accurately. Try again if the validation fails.
Office 2021 installation shows a disk image file, what should I do?
Right-click the disk image file and select "Open with" -> "Windows Explorer." This should start the installation process.
I see Office 365 when installing, but I ordered Office 2021. Why is that?
Don't worry! Microsoft does indeed mention 365 during installation, but Office 2021 is still being installed. You can continue with the installation.
After installation and activation, you can verify the version yourself in the Office settings.
How long are the license codes valid? Is it a one-time purchase?
All license codes are valid for life. If your PC crashes or is formatted, there's a chance the license code will be lost.
On how many PCs are the Office licenses valid?
All Windows and Office licenses can be activated on one PC.
How quickly will I receive the Office license after ordering?
You'll receive the license code directly by email with installation instructions. The email might end up in your spam folder.
Windows
Are Windows products retail or OEM licenses?
We only supply retail licenses. A retail license is a Windows license that is sold separately and can therefore be transferred to another device.
How long are the license codes valid?
License codes are permanently valid, if the PC crashes or formats, there is a chance that the license code will be lost.
On how many PCs is the Windows license valid?
The Windows license can be linked to 1 PC.
Can I also put the Windows installation on a DVD or USB stick?

How soon will I receive the license code after ordering?
You'll receive the license code directly by email with installation instructions. The email might end up in your spam folder.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect email address?
Please contact us by email immediately after ordering. Please include your order number. We will then send the license code to the correct email address.
Why didn't I receive an email after ordering?
It may take up to 5 minutes for you to receive the email with the license code. It might be in your spam folder. If it's not there either, please contact us at info@directlicentie.nl.
Are the license codes legal?
All our license codes are legally obtained. Furthermore, all our license codes are valid indefinitely.
