First, remove the current Office on your PC
Before starting the installation, first uninstall any existing Office applications on your PC. This prevents many complications that can arise during the installation. Office 2021 Home and Business Installation and Activation

1. Double-click the downloaded file with the left mouse button
Double-click the downloaded file to open it. The downloaded file looks like this and is located in your Downloads folder:

You might now see a pop-up from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. This happens automatically when you install a new program. Click " More information " and then " Run anyway ." This is the official Microsoft installation file.

2. Start the installation

Now click the "Install" button. The installation file will be extracted, and the official Microsoft installation will begin. The installation is in English. After installation, Office will automatically switch to the correct language for your PC.

3. Open an Office application

After installation, you can search for and open an Office application such as Word, PowerPoint, or Excel using the Windows search bar.

4. Go to the 'Account' tab in the Office application

Click " File " in the top left corner, then " Account " on the left. Now click "Change Product Key." Enter the product key you received by email.

Congratulations! Office 2021 Home and Business is now ready to use!
